As a recruiter for Bentley Global, you will be contacting industry professionals and representing them on our client’s job requirements. You will review and understand the client’s needs, evaluate candidate strengths, act as an interview coach, negotiate wages, and extend offers.

Requirements – Relevant Experience

Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred
The ability to multi-task and produce in a fast paced energetic environment with tenacity and urgency
